ROAD COMMISSION CREWS PREPARED FOR WINTER"
As our rural community has learned in recent years, our dirt
roads
DO take a back seat when it comes to overtime winter
maintenance.
Please contact the Road Commission to request service
if your unpaved road meets any of the following winter conditions:
* 4 inches or more of snowfall accumulates * There is an ice
storm * There is blowing and drifting conditions

BURN PERMITS
To avoid being charged for an unwanted fire run from our fire
departments, please call the fire department that serves your jurisdiction
if you intend to have a controlled burn. If you are not sure which to
call, please call both! For more information on the regulation of open
